Foundation or Basement - Waterproofing

They installed pipes and sump pump, but their repair failed while I was out of the state. They came in while I was gone, with a neighbor's help, and completed the repair properly. I did, however, have to request they clean up the mess that was made due to the original repair. They are very easy to work with and responsive to all calls and requests. They did NOT try to avoid responsibility.....a common response in this day and age!!

They were professional and worked hard to finish the job in the time they estimated.

I paid over $9000 cash up front to have Everdry Grand Rapids 'fix' my water issues in the basement. They sent a team of teen-aged boys who left my yard a mess. At one point they had a vent pipe sticking out in the middle of the yard with the jagged edge of pvc exposed, in a walking area!! The water drain tube is not buried deeply enough and I trip over it and scalp the lawn when mowing. Inside, the place was left a MESS - dust everywhere, scratched walls, nicked woodwork and furniture. I had to wait 3 weeks to have the carpet put back in place ( which they do not tell you up front) and then also had to pay a private contractor additional to fix the carpet! Four months later I STILL have water in the basement and a sump that scares the dogs when it goes off. They take 1-3 weeks to get out to 'solve' anything and then it is not fixed. tonight I came home to a leaking pipe, that they supposedly fixed this past week. My carpet and walls are wet. I would never recommend Everdry to any
